Total weight gain/loss: 6 pounds
Maternity clothes? lots of maternity leggings and dresses
Stretch marks? No new ones
Sleep: sleeping good with less wake ups
Best moment this week: finding out we are having another boy and naming him! Brady Gabriel!
Movement: yes!
Food cravings: Nothing specific really
Anything making you queasy or sick: not really anymore!
Have you started to show yet: yes
Gender prediction: It's a boy!
Labor Signs: no

Happy or Moody most of the time? Happy and tired
Exercise: I started bootcamp again this month and i'll be going again in March!
Looking forward to: Bonding more with this sweet boy and seeing him again at our 18 week ultrasound.

Total weight gain/loss: I was up 5 at my last appt but haven't weighed since
Maternity clothes? Maternity bottoms but no tops yet
Stretch marks? No new ones
Sleep: sleeping good and wanting to go to bed early every night
Best moment this week: starting to feel a little better during the day, so it's making life easier
Movement: no
Food cravings: Girl scout cookies!
Anything making you queasy or sick: my nausea is more isolated to right after I eat
Have you started to show yet: yes
Gender prediction: I think it's a boy
Labor Signs: no

Exercise: I took this month off from bootcamp but hoping February brings more exercise

8 Weeks!

How far along? 8 weeks

Baby is the size of? A raspberry
Total weight gain/loss: I've gained 5 lbs already
Maternity clothes? some maternity leggings but mainly just living in PJ pants and ignoring my growth already
Stretch marks? No new ones :)
Sleep: sleeping good and wanting to go to bed early every night
Best moment this week: getting to see the baby today!
Movement: no
Food cravings: Grits and hot tea are my favorites right now
Anything making you queasy or sick: lots of food aversions and lots of nausea if i'm too hungry or too full
Have you started to show yet: I'm gained and poking out already

6 week ultrasound

The Tuesday after Christmas we had another ultrasound to make sure baby was growing and to look for a heartbeat. We were thrilled to see growth and a little heart pumping away at a perfect rate.

We go back at 8 weeks to take another peek!

The first trimester is proving to be extremely exhausting and nauseating.

Baby did receive a little lovey from Birdy and Pops for Christmas!

Baby Nail #3

We found out about Baby #3 on December 10th. Gabe had a stomach bug and I thought I was getting it too. I started to notice that I only felt sick at night, which is what I do when pregnant. I went to the store that day and bought a test, just to rule it out. As soon as I took it, I saw the positive and FREAKED. We were so so shocked and excited.

We spent the next few days wrapping our heads around the news. The next week proved difficult as the doctor couldn't find the baby and then after multiple blood tests, felt that I had lost the baby.

On December 21st, we had another ultrasound (after my hormone levels had gone back up) and they found a baby! They confirmed that I am only 5 weeks along. Next week we will go back and hope to see more growth and a heartbeat!
