13 weeks!! 2nd Trimester!!

How far along?  13 weeks, in my 2nd trimester!!!
Baby is the size of?  a lemon
Total weight gain/loss: 3 lb
Maternity clothes?  MY mother in law took me to get some this past weekend! Love being in pants that don't squeeze me to death!
Stretch marks?  none yet
Sleep: pretty good, toss and turn a lot, have to get up to pee a lot too!
Best moment this week: starting my 2nd trimester!
Movement:  none yet
Food cravings:  nothing specific but I am loving sweets
Anything making you queasy or sick: not anymore! yay!
Have you started to show yet: I am definitely carrying a bump!
Gender prediction: not sure yet! Gabe said this weekend that he thinks it's a boy!
Labor Signs:  none
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and tired! Very emotional too!
Exercise: I have been really terrible at this!
Looking forward to: more energy and finding out the gender at 17 weeks :)

Maternity clothes?  none yet but I am spending a lot of time in yoga pants!

Sleep: pretty good, toss and turn a lot, have to get up to pee a lot too!
Best moment this week:  feeling like I am finally getting closer to my second trimester

Food cravings:  nothing specific but I am loving sweets
Anything making you queasy or sick: can't stand beef or onions
Have you started to show yet: I can tell that I am poking out a little

Exercise: trying to get a good walk in regularly but I have been sooo lazy!
Looking forward to: my 2nd trimester and hopefully more energy!

9 weeks!

We're Pregnant!!!

On February 17th, on a weekend getaway to Blowing Rock we found out that we are pregnant!!! That put us at about 4.5 weeks! We had been trying for around 8 months and we were beyond thrilled at the news!!!

We rushed to Huntersville to tell my parents and then home to tell Gabe's parents!

We had our first ultrasound on March 4th, where we got to see our tiny bean!

Our second ultrasound was on March 15th and we couldn't believe how much baby had grown!

I wanted to create a place to log all of my bump pics and symptoms so we can come back and remember every step of the journey!
